During periods of high demand, e.g. during Ramadan or Eid, longer processing times may occasionally occur.

How long does production and delivery take?
The production and delivery of your personalized prayer rug typically takes only 1–3 business days within Germany. We also offer express production upon request. This is not express shipping , but rather we prioritize your order during periods of high demand to ensure it is completed quickly and arrives in time for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, or Eid.
Can my prayer rug be personalized with Arabic script?
Yes, we can personalize your prayer rug with Arabic script. If you would like the embroidery in Arabic script , please enter the name directly in Arabic script when placing your order, or leave a note in your shopping cart indicating that you would like the name embroidered in Arabic.
Where is the name embroidered on the prayer rug?
By default, we embroider the name in the bottom right corner, either vertically or horizontally, on the prayer rug. If you would like a different placement for the embroidery, please let us know in the shopping cart. We will adjust the placement whenever possible to ensure your personalized prayer rug perfectly matches your wishes.
Are prayer rugs with names haram (forbidden)?
No, a prayer rug with an embroidered name is not haram. It is only important that no sacred terms like "Allah" or Quranic verses are embroidered on it. Furthermore, the personalization should be placed at the bottom of the rug so that it does not distract from prayer.
